So nervous!
Is anyone else already nervous about labor? Or is that just me? This is my first pregnancy and I don’t do well with pain, but I also don’t want to tear and I’ve read that it’s easier to not tear with an unmediated birth because you can stand and push when your body is actually ready. I’ve been reading birth stories all day and psyching myself out 😫
