Any effective home remedies for hormonal imbalance? I don’t know if it’s hormonal imbalance or not, but I have been experiencing hot flashes, headaches, and haven’t had a period in months. I’m not pregnant. Anything will help at this point, just want to relax my body and regulate the imbalance, maybe my period will come.

I can’t go to the doctor right now, so any help besides saying that would help.
