Do you still track baby's feeding, sleeping and diapers?

I stopped tracking the wakings at night because it wakes me up and I was getting tired but I still track all else.

I still track. I lose track of time taking care of him and looking at the last time he had a feed, nappy change, or a nap helps me know why he is fussing. It also helps me plan what to do as I know he will be tired in a given period. Eg of I wanna take a walk or go shopping,
