Why do I get sharp ovary pain from sneezing during ovulation?

I'm thinking it's more than likely a round ligament pain. I get that sometimes as well at any stage of my cycle from sneezing, coughing, make a sudden movement or even while bending over ....its worse when your actually pregnant because they support the growing uteus.

Literally just got out of bospital in severe pain for the last 3 days, only to get an ovulation positive test today, so they think it was that!
Never had pain like it!
