How did you know you were ready to TTC?

Question

What made you and your spouse know you were ready to try for a baby?
Were you both just ready?
Did you wait until you were financially stable?

We talked about EVERYTHING before trying. Finances, schooling, discipline, religion, etc.... we made sure that we were on the same page for all the big stuff. We talked for a few weeks and when we found that we had the same parenting views, we decided to start trying.

Definitely waited until we were financially stable. Waited until I got a full time job in my field so I'd quality for mat leave easily. 
Other than that we just felt ready enough lol had been together years and wanted to start a family.

we knew we were ready when we no longer want to buy condoms. by the time we been married like six months. pretty much we always say if it happens it happens

We waited until we were financially stable, and had a little time after the wedding to be a couple. But, honestly, this will sound really stupid but I knew I was ready when the idea of getting a positive on a pregnancy test didn’t make me want to curl into the fetal position and cry.

Hubby and I just waited until we were financially stable , since we had been married 3 years already and always knew we wanted kids.. one day we just sat down and talked... we decided to not use any birth control,  if it happened it happened. Unfortunately we ended up losing our first pregnancy may of last year and we were so devastated and I was so depressed...after our loss we were 110% sure we wanted a baby so we actively started TTC 6 months after our loss...I started tracking,  checking temp everything and it still took us a while before we got pregnant again.
