Boric acid for bv?

I’ve suffered with bv for so long. Wondering if anyone had tried boric acid suppositories for it? Does it truly help? My bv is back with a vengeance right now.

I did and will never do it again!! I too suffer from BV, usually right before my period I get it due to the hormonal changes. 
The boric acid burned my vagina so bad for days... feel like it only made things worst. I’ve since started taking daily pre/probiotics, using 100% cotton tampons and being more conscious of my womanly health. 😊
