Remedies for nausea
I’m currently 5ws & 2 days and I’ve been experiencing a lot of nausea. I barely want to eat because I don’t want to vomit. But if I don’t eat it’s worse. I feel motion sick from car rides and I can’t do sudden movements. I drink ginger ale, water, and Gatorade & try to sleep it off when I can. But it’s definitely harder to manage when I’m at work. Peppermints kind of help a little bit. What are you all doing to manage the nausea? I’m kind of suffering right now because my insurance doesn’t start until the 1st of April so I can’t really see a Dr. until then so I have to go with what I can find in a store for now. The nausea isn’t bad as I feel it may get when I get farther along but it’s definitely u comfortable. Not to mention the bad constipation I’m dealing with on top of that 😫
