Are you supposed to use fmu for ovulation tests?

Absolutely not. Should test in afternoon between 10-12 but I understand some women have work etc, so try and use smu or third if possible. Later the better as long as it’s not diluted.

I don’t think so because it’s recommended to test multiple times a day when you get close to your peak.

No? (I think, but happy to be corrected) Because you would have an abnormally concentrated LH level which could give a false positive

Depends on the test!!! I use clearblue advanced digital tests and it recommends first morning urine. Read the instructions of the test first
