My husband and I have primary custody of my step daughter. She goes to her mother’s house 3 hours away every other weekend. Her mother is the type that doesn’t show up for school events, doesn’t bother learning teachers names, comes to me when she needs to know what she’s allergic to, doesn’t show up for tutoring near her house that we paid for, etc.

She’s also the type that can do absolutely no wrong. She’s always the victim.

So today, we get SD back and she’s telling us that they took her mom’s boyfriend to the airport Friday and he flew to another airport to pick up a car and drove back home and spent the weekend in close contact with her. Both airports he was in are in two of the hardest hit areas in Florida for Covid19!

Theeeen she tells us that her mom took her to an urgent care this morning because SD had a cough, and her mom told the doctor that she wanted her checked for Covid 19 because MY sister was out of the country and exposed her to it. What?!

I can’t with people.
