Bleeding?

So my boyfriend and I are long distance. Hes been here for a week and weve been at it everyday. Today however I had brown/red discharge during intercourse. I noticed I was extremely dry down there the past few days. And it hurt when he initially inserted himself in. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. Im guessing I now have a tear or something. Obviously now we will load up on the lube.
