Newborn covered in rash?

In about three days these bumps have spread all over my 3 week olds face and neck. Everyone says it looks like baby acne but I just wanna post and get more opinions on this. She also has similar looking bumps on her booty and thighs

How is she with her formula? My daughter had really bad acne like that and we found out it was her formula causing it. We switched her to hypoallergenic formula and it cleared up within days :)

Yes baby acne. 2 of my kids got it really badly like this, it peaked around 3 or 4 weeks old and then slowly got better
