Menstrual cup
I’ve been considering a menstrual cup and i was wondering about recommendations for first time users and how to sterilize and wash up, maybe how long they are worn... also how does it work with last day period or is it better with a liner? How often do you sterilize? Any recommendations are appreciated❤️
