Is anyone else sore like in your lower abdomen area after sex if you haven’t had sex for awhile?

When it's been awhile it has happened to me ,just like 2 or 3 weeks ago we had sex since 3 months without it not that we didn't want to have sex but we was so busy plus having my doctor saying to wait till I get my period we kept waiting and well it was 3 months and when w finally had sex I was sore cramping
