PCOS and Peak (LH Surge)

Does a peak opk mean anything for someone with PCOS?

I am currently being seen by an RE... treatment was canceled this month due to COVID19 precautions, but I just don’t know if I should even test because even if I get a peak, I could still not ovulate right?
