Disappointed 😔

Every month, I pee on a stick to tell me when I’m ovulating, then I pee on a stick to tell me I’m not pregnant. I do nonstop research, i track everything, I take all the “right” vitamins, according to my doctor I’m a perfectly healthy 24 year old. And yet, 16 months of unsuccessful trying. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe how i feel. 😔

Doing all of this gave me a sense of control over something I clearly have no control over. I wish i could just “relax” and know “it’ll happen when it happens” like I’ve been told so many times.
