On Saturday night my coworker and I were hanging out, we were drinking and he got wasted i was on the verge. I went to the bathroom came back out to him in my bedroom. He was laying on my bed and said lay next to me I won’t do anything. Ofc I thought its not gonna be that bad... Well he started to hug me and i was so confused I asked him what was he doing and he said hugging me. He got up because he said he got a hard. I was gonna get up off the bed. I was joking saying I was fat and him ofc he being drunk got on top of me and said fuck it I can’t let this down. He got on top of me putting my legs all the way close to my head. I was weirded out and asked what was he doing then he started to lift my tank top (note i always wear a tank top under my shirts.) he pulled it up and tried lifting my bra up to. I told him to stop and kept pulling down my shirt tank top and bra but he kept trying to get them back up. He said he will take it off no matter how he can. I wasn’t strong enough to fight him off and just gave in no matter how much I wanted him to stop. He also choked me while he was trying to kiss me. He had protection on him too. I tried my best to get him off but I couldn’t. He kept touching me and I couldn’t say anything or he’d be more forceful. He said not to tell anyone. I act like its fine when I’m around anyone but it keeps replaying in my head. Was this consensual or rape?
