My daughter often has a bit of a red chin which I put down to her constantly drooling. This morning she’s woken up with a really red cheek and it’s not settled down as the mornings gone on. She’s 5m and I’ve noticed last couple of days her bottom right tooth is just about poking through the gum. She’s no different in herself though, no temp etc

What do you guys think? I don’t think I’m too worried but even if I was concerned I can’t get through to the drs at the moment unless it’s an emergency 😕

Above her eye is a birth mark which is always red/purple so that’s nothing new.
