Why do women fight other women over a cheating man?

Just wondering why? Once you are back together is life worth the depression of not trusting him?

I had a “fling” and he started seeing another woman. Once it started getting serious we talked about only dating each other, but he never stopped. He kept telling both of us he wasn’t with the other. When I found out the truth, I told her she could have him as I didn’t want to fight over someone who wouldn’t fight for me. She wanted to literally fight me 🤣. They ended up married with three children then divorced. I met my husband 2 months later and we’ve been together 10 years and married almost 8. I never have and never will fight for someone who isn’t willing to give me the same respect.

Well the one being cheated on is hurt and probably feeling insecure in that moment. They want their cheating partner to validate their love and attraction to them by choosing them. The other woman, the why depends on wether or not she new.

Can’t answer this 🤷🏽‍♀️ I don’t know. 
A few years ago my partner and I broke up for almost a year. We had dated since we were 16, I wanted to travel, he couldn’t with work, we argued a lot in the time leading up to our breakup... anyway!!) 
In that time we were completely broken up - very very minimal contact until I eventually blocked him, not out of spite just for my own mental well-being. 
We both dated other people. I traveled South East Asia for 2 months.
A year on and we start dating again and a girl he had a couple dates with starting sending my abuse on Instagram. Is prank calling him from different numbers every other night. Sending him nudes saying he downgraded. 
I block her, he blocks her, blow is every number she calls him from. 
3 years later she makes another new Instagram account sends him nudes, sends me hate 
I messaged her back and I just said
“xxxxx no offence but I literally haven’t even thought of you once over the last few years, I’ve been very happily living my own life. Something I suggest you try doing, but feel free to continue to waste your time thinking of me 😊” 
Funny story - they went on 3 dates in total!
Some people are just a little crazy 🤯
