Still go to appointment ?

Is everyone still going to their OB appointments? I have my 28 week appointment tomorrow and the governor just issued the stay at home order. I called my OB and they said to still come that they still see their OB appointments. I asked even with the governor just issuing this? She said it doesnt affect them. I am confused as to if I should go or not?

Prenatal care is very important, I’m not pregnant, but if I was I would be going. Medical appointments are an essential reason to be leaving the house under all stay at home orders.

Yes, these are fine to go to. If you get stopped they will not give you a hard time. This is a valid reason to be out.

I have to head in to my 24 week appointment today - my OBGYN’s office said they’re unsure what the situation will be for further appointments (and I have a 30 week scan in addition to usual appt. times), so better to come now than to postpone.  To say that I’m nervous about it would be an understatement.

I called my doctor this morning to check because our stay at home order starts at 5 pm today. They told me that my appointment was necessary and that they are taking all necessary Precautions to protect the patients. They did tell me that I can’t have any visitors with me though, so it’ll just be me. Wondering if that will be true in May when I have my anatomy scan. 🤔

Prenatal are important. Especially for maternal and newborn outcomes. 
I personally am keeping my appointments as long as my office doesnt voluntarily start altering them

I have my first ultrasound tomorrow.
The hospital called to say it is necessary, but my 10 week appointment scheduled for the beginning of April will be cancelled.

I’m not! I’m waiting till I’m 36 weeks because that’s when they have to do blood work but if everything is fine and you’re not in pain I would wait it out
