Prenatal yoga - anyone else doing it or any other forms of exercise ?

I just committed to doing a 20 min video a day , since I’m home and have the time now 🤗

While everyone was panic buying toilet paper, I was preparing for my gym to close so I bought weights, resistance bands, slam balls, an air bike and battle ropes. 😂 I now have a full operating gym in my basement and have been working out down there everyday for an hour and I honestly feel like I’m getting a better workout then when I go to the gym.

Good idea. I told myself I was going to start Yoga after 20 weeks. I’ve been super achy and I feel huge, so maybe this will give me the extra stretch I’ve been needing. 🧘‍♀️

Good for you, girl!  I try to do it as often as I can.  (Gotta love YouTube!) It really helps when I'm feeling stiff and achy!  I also go on walks when I'm feeling up to it.

Walks and pre-natal Pilates for me! I've done the sessions so often I mostly just watch TV and walk myself through it these days 😅.

My husband and I are quarantined. We go out for a hour-long walk (we live in the middle of nowhere) with our dog every day so I can get some exercise and we can get out of the house.

I go for an hour walk daily with my family and dog and do 20-30 mins daily of cardio, strength, or toning at home.
