I’m on the last day of what’s supposed to be my period. I haven’t gotten it this month. I’ve never missed a period. My fiancé and I have been trying to conceive while just starting conceive plus this month. Could I be pregnant? WHAT WERE YOUR FIRST SYMPTOMS OF PREGNANCY BESIDES A MISSED PERIOD?
