Other than:

Stew, chili, burrito bowls, mashed potatoes and gravy, beef stroganoff. These are what we usually use stew meat for, but my husband doesn't want most of them. I need more ideas in case we can't find what we need for a couple of these meals.

My husband went to the store the other day, 2 hours after the food trucks came in and the meat was already so picked over. He grabbed what he could and we will be going to the store in the morning to try and find things to make meals out of what he grabbed.

We also have 2 things of ground sausage. I'm not a big fan of sausage, so I don't know what to use it for. The only thing I make with sausage is biscuits and gravy (which I will use 1 of them for). I need ideas for the other one.
