Alright ladies

Before I got pregnant I was very fit. 145 and mostly muscle

I was really starting to get some decent muscle

Now I’m 155 and want to get back in the gym but you know...the virus has everything closed down. Me currently

I want to lose belly fat and gain muscle but obviously at home I have no home equipment so any advice would be appreciated! I wanna be fit and feel good again! I have a healthy diet and I’m breast feeding.

Also just for the cuteness here is my little man!
