I'm currently living in South Carolina so I'm not as up to date with what's going on in Virginia right now, but my brother is supposed to be getting married in late April. If this virus lasts this long I'm worried about my brother and the attendees of the wedding getting in trouble because I think the venue is telling my brother that the rule for the groups of 10 only apply to "public businesses" and that they aren't a public business. Basically, they're telling him it's fine to have more than 10 people at his wedding and that he doesn't qualify for getting his money back. Is this thing of only public businesses having 10 or less people true or does it apply to all businesses?
