Skin redness on breasts

I tried to take a photo but you can’t tell, but the last few weeks my breasts have been turning red. It started on the underside of my breasts and has spread to most of both of my breasts now. It isn’t a rash, it’s not heat. Should I go to a doctor? This has never happened to me before and sudden changes in my breasts is not something I take lightly. Thanks 🙏🏻
