I was clearing out the spare room yesterday and ever since I've had a stuffy/runny nose, sneezing, very slight earache and a tickle in my throat. I feel like theres a little mucous in my throat too. I've been self isolating for nearly a week now except to grab bread and chicken, I havent touched my face while out and washed and sanitised as soon as I came home. Could it just be from the dust kicking up when clearing out the room(no one ever uses it) or could it be something worse? I've a 3 year old daughter who has been isolating with me and I'm terrified incase I give her anything. We've just been put on lockdown in the UK so I've no plans to be going anywhere, I'm just worried for my daughter.
