Acne breakouts

Acne again!! I had such terrible acne most if my life. I went on Accutaine and it all went away. Now it’s coming back on my chin and jaw bone. Very painful cysts. However, since I have no moring sickness, I welcome any preggo symptoms for reassurance. I know I have to be careful with the products I use. And I’m ashamed to even say this but I work for a dermatologist! Since this is a secret I can’t even ask anyone at work (I’m also out of work due to the virus). As a MA I could recommend tons of acne medications. But this is my first pregnancy and like I said, I don’t know what’s safe to use as a topical while pregnant 🤰🏼
