Did you receive an ultrasound at 32 weeks?

Question

I have my 32 week appt tomorrow morning. With all the shut downs I fear this will be my last in office appointment before delivery. Did you receive an ultrasound at 32 weeks?

I only had 2 ultrasounds with my first and should only have 2 for this one unless they need a growth scan later on

They just cancelled mine. I will still meet with the doctor but not get an ultrasound. Honestly it’s what I wanted because I just had an ultrasound at 28 weeks and everything looked normal. They said they will do one at 36 weeks if there are concerns. Less exposure to people in the office is probably a good thing right now

I just had my appointment. I had to take a screening questionnaire and then my temperature taken. I did not receive an ultrasound and the doctor said I would not receive another one unless my growth pattern was abnormal.

They might have more screening to get into the office (they took my temp and asked me a few questions before I went in) but they shouldn’t cancel your appointments, especially at the end.  At my doctor ultrasounds are customarily done twice, at 8-12 weeks and at 20 weeks.  I had one more at 26 weeks because I’m on a blood pressure medication and they wanted to make sure she was growing okay, but I don’t expect to have any more.

Yes, But only because I am high risk and will be getting induced at 37 weeks. Unfortunately I have weekly appointments until then.

Unless there seems to be a growth issue I won't be receiving anymore ultrasounds per my obgyn. Which is fine because I've had four. I had a super early one at almost 5 weeks to make sure baby was in my uterus because I've had an ectopic. Then I had another one at 6 weeks to check for heartbeat, then my anatomy scan at 22 weeks and then an elective 4d at 28 weeks.

Yes and they are keeping all of the rest of my appointments, and I’m not high risk. Monitoring fluid, urine and BP is critical at this point. I would be surprised if you didn’t continue on your regular appointment schedule seeing as you’re this close to delivery.

I’m scheduled for a third trimester ultrasound tomorrow. Normally they do around 34 weeks but I have GD and mentioned I was concerned about her size so they said it was fine to do it a little early (32 weeks now).
