I put in for a medical leave and short term disability Feb 28th with a follow up Dr appointments March 26th. This is for an injury. I haven't received disability pay YET, but it had been approved weeks ago.

Today I get a letter stating that if I didn't contact them before March 26th that my pay would end and I would have to open a new case if I wish to continue getting paid.

My follow up appointment is the 26th, but call before the 26th to continue my leave BEFORE I even talk to my orthopedic surgeon?

I'm so overwhelmed by all the paperwork that I don't know if I'm coming or going! I have TRIED to call, but with everyone taking a leave due to coronavirus I cant talk to anyone.
