8month Postpartum Pains !!

I had my 3rd C Section 8 months ago. I healed up and bounced back pretty quickly after the first and second. Every since the 3rd one when I come on my menstrual sometimes the day of or a day before I start this one spot in my stomach hurts ALOT when I move , sit down , stand up , or push on that one spot the only time I have This pain is when It’s that time of the month and I bleed EXTREMELY heavy now. Has anyone had anything similar and what was the cause of it ?

I’m not looking for a medical opinion I’ll see my doctor for that I’m looking for anyone whose experienced anything similar and what was the cause of it.
