I had unprotected sex about a week ago. The day or two after I experienced cramping and nausea. He never ejaculated in me - we both made sure he didn’t. We went for a couple of rounds before he put the condom on to “finish”. Its been a week & I’ve experienced bloating, gassiness, heavy snacking/ eating, to me it seems to be extra urination and cramping. I know those are signs of mensuration, but I can get very paranoid. Do I need to worry about anything or is it just ovulation, period symptoms? I’ve read up that some of the cramping could be from him possibly bruising my cervix. I’m on the depo shot for my birth control - please help.
