About midday I went to the toilet and this really light pinkish stain was in my underwear. There wasn't enough liquid for me to even feel it, I just saw it when I went to the toilet. Do you think it's amniotic fluid?

I don't think there's been anymore since, I put a pad on earlier tonight and there has been nothing else but I have had a really sore lower back all day and feeling period-like cramps all day too. I'm 38 weeks so I'm hoping this is early labour lol but probably just wishful thinking 😂

I have appointment with the midwives first thing tomorrow morning so I'm trying to decide whether to call them now or just wait til appointment tomorrow to mention it.
