Does your baby have to sleep in the crib?

I let my one month old sleep in her swing is that ok?

No. Do not put a baby in a swing to sleep. Or anything else for that matter than inclines. 
Always a flat firm surface with nothing in the sleeping area.

It’s ok if she falls asleep in it and you let her take a nap while you are watching her but over night she needs to be in the crib or a bassinet

Nope. She needs to be sleeping in a pack n play, bassinet, or crib. Swims are not okay for overnight sleep. If it's just for a nap during the day, I don't see the harm. But not for overnight.
