On March 15th I started with light spotting. My period was a few days late, but I didn't think anything of it because that happens to me sometimes, and the light spotting is like my first day of my period. Well then I stopped with any bleeding for 3 days then I had a little bleeding once that day when I went pee. No more bleeding for another 3 days then light bleeding twice that day when I went to the bathroom. No more bleeding again then 2 days later light bleeding once. Same thing happened where no more bleeding until today when I went to the bathroom.

I've had lower back pain throughout, but the past 3ish days it has gotten worse and I've felt bloaty/constipation like (though I've had bowel movemebts) for about 6 days. I had tender breasts earlier, but that happens to me the first few days of.my period and when I ovulate. I have also had a slight pressure pain on my left side by my ovaries. There is no smell and my discharge is normal (I think). I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and it was negative. Could I be pregnant? Have an ectopic pregnancy? Something else? Has anyone else experienced something like this?

I have a 2 year old and none of these things happened when I was pregnant with him (I did have light spotting for a few days, but I was 5 weeks at that time and it was after intercourse). My husband keeps.saying I'm overreacting, but I feel like something is wrong.
