Pregnancy symptoms at 4 w 🤰💞

Me too not many symptoms. I’m 4 weeks 2 days You want symptoms to feel pregnant. Makes me anxious

I didn’t have any symptoms besides Fatigue .. probably wouldn’t have known without missed period and prego test.. I’m 23 weeks now and haven’t had any symptoms at all

Symptoms are different for everyone. I have minimal breast tenderness, minimal nausea and bloat.
