My sister is taking her two dogs to the canal later this week and we're on a stay-at-home order for two weeks. I tried telling her she shouldn't do that, but she's not listening cause she says it's an advisory and not an order.

It's frustrating. She's being selfish and whether their are people there or not, she will still be touching things. She's not sick (as far as we know since symptoms don't show right away), but still. Who knows who has touched what. It wouldn't be called an ORDER if it was just an advisory/suggestions
