Skin problems

So I got the implant a few weeks ago and one of the side effects of the implant is that it makes your acne worse. So before i got it i had a few spots but not many and now I have had it for a few weeks my skin has got so bad. I have so many spots and there all over my face and I just can’t find a way to control it. At first I tried covering them with concealer and foundation and stuff but that obviously just made it worse And I have been trying different products for my skin and nothing seems to be helping it. So if anyone else has been in a similar situation please could you recommend to me what helped your skin. Thank you xx
