Probably Nothing

So I've been kind of cramping today but it is literally one sided. All on my right side.

Earlier I went to the bathroom and had light brown discharge and 2 days ago there was literally a drop of blood in my underwear. But it looked like an old period stain. (It wasnt because I bought these particular underwear a few weeks ago while early pregnant and have not had any bleeding so far).

I can't tell if it's actually blood or just discharge. And I'm just uncomfortable...not in a ton of pain. With everything going on...I dont want to go in for a "nothing" cause.

Has this happened to anyone else? Recommendations? My birth center closes in 15 minutes so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to call probably.
