We’re in California and my daughter came down with a 101 fever and cough today.. and she was just sick with a virus at the same time as me and we’ve been better about a week! So it sucks to be hit again. Well I called kaiser and they don’t test for coronavirus in kids unless fever lasts pass 5 days and/or they start having trouble breathing. Is this normal?!

We’ve been in self isolation for two weeks now with my other two kids but my husband is still working (foreman electrician in his own trailer) so that’s the only way I think she could have gotten sick is him bringing it home. Or she got it at school and it’s been “dormant” for two weeks? I don’t know. Anyways.. anything to help a kiddo with this if she does have it?

And I’m pregnant 30 weeks.. extra precautions?
