IUD question ???

Did any of you ladies get an IUD ? if so how long did you crank for after placement ?

I got the mirena like two months ago. I cramped for maybe a week?? And had bleeding that turned to spotting every day until like three weeks ago. And I just had like a one day period.

I had mirena after my first. Left it in for 5 years with no issues.  Took about 2 years of ttc off and on till we were successful after its removal.

This is my second time with the paragard. Im really bad at keeping track of that stuff but i think i was sore/crampy for a few days maybe a week. But it did take a couple of months for my body to actually adjust to it. 
Ive had the paragard since September 2019 and so far so good
