Do I take it off?

So years ago my friend got a new phone and it wasn’t letting her set up an iCloud/Apple ID account so I let her us mine while she tried to make one, but she never did.

We’re no longer good friends now, we lots touch but the phone is still on my account. I’m pretty sure she’s got a new phone as well, one that’s not connected to my I’d. Should I remove that phone from my account?
