Can she sleep with this?

So she sleeps with this small stuffed animal during her naps, But I am reluctant to let her sleep with it at night. She loves her little elephant! It soothes her when she is upset.

My 8 month old has a seahorse that glows in the belly and has white noise and we let her sleep with it every night  because it comforts her!

My daughter uses a little lovey type thing. It's a small blanket with a stuffed aninal attached to it and she loves it.

I let my son sleep with something similar. It ends up across the crib from him and he plays with it when he wakes up. I would say go for it if it helps.
