That doesn’t look like a drool rash to me. Those are usually more patch-like and not defined round bumps. This looks like coxsackie (hand foot and mouth disease) or cold sores. Good luck!

If she’s teething with the drooling they can get a drool rash but I don’t remember it looking like that.

Got a hold of her doctor it’s impetigo 😑 getting a cream to put on her three times a day for 10 days.
