my ovulation is from 18-20 and I never see a true positive on an lh strip. I can tell based on cervical mucus and symptoms. if lh doesnt work for you, try basal body temping.

As everyone else said this app is just a guess. After months of testing I learned I normally ovulate around cycle days 18-20. The app will eventually learn your cycle as you keep logging into it and scanning in your LH strips. It’ll auto adjust as it learns you. 
Start testing closer to cycle day 9 ish and test once a day until you hit your peak.
