Just a little advice
I have pretty bad depression an sometimes I lose track of when I showered last, not to be gross or anything it’s never more than two or three days. I’m trying to write out a healthy schedule for basic task like that though, what is the healthy amount to shower? Is it every day or every other day, also I don’t do much but go home an go to work an at work I just sit and help an older woman around her house so I’m not getting into much physical labor or working in a gross environment. Would I get away with showering every 2 days? My boyfriend constantly complains when he sees me stressed out over it an says that I just took a shower recently an theirs no point in me doing it again so soon, thanks ahead of time for the responses
