What kind of rash is this?!?!

My daughter developed this rash over the last two days...I don't really want to make a Dr appt if it isn't necessary given the current lockdown situation. Any idea what it is? Of course I googled and now I'm fearing the worst. Is it roseola? Meningitis? It's just a bunch of flat red dots. There hasn't been any new soap or detergent.

Any new foods introduced? Maybe a slight reaction to that? Check if your doctors office is doing video consults or even if they would take a look at the photo. I know a lot of dr offices are changing their practices since they don’t want people coming in either.

Roseola and meningitis gives the baby an high fever!
One way to distinguish the spots from allergies or irritations is to finger the lesion: those caused by meningitis tend not to disappear with touch.
If those red spots are the only symptom your baby have, i doubt that he's having roseola or meningitis.
If he start with fever contact a doctor.

Was baby recently sick? My LO broke out in a rash similar after she got sick with a virus.

This was my daughters leg a while back is it similar? If so its eczema i just put lotion on it and keep it dry

Its hard to tell from the picture but my daughter has similar and her doctor told me it was baby acne.. i just watch it and try to keep her back as dry as possible.
