Has anyone had issues with their stitches a couple weeks postpartum?

I gave birth about ten days ago and had a second degree tear. I have (very gently) felt the stitches a few times in the shower. The pain was wayyyy better around day five or so and then all of a sudden felt like the day after birth. I felt my stitches in the shower and could feel two pieces of skin when I couldn’t before. I haven’t done anything crazy. Haven’t worked out or lifted anything heavy but I do have a 15 month old I’ve been taking care of like normal. I tried looking with my phone camera and i couldn’t see super well but I could see a piece of skin and it just didn’t look right. I also had to use a perennial cold pack for the first time since coming home.

Has anyone had issues with their stitches tearing? Does it sound like that’s what happened? What did your doctor do and how did it heal afterward? I am going to call my OBs office tomorrow but They close at noon on fridays and I’m worried they won’t be able to see me till next week. Thanks
