We don't have a room to set aside for our baby, and anyway we really like to have them close to make night time breastfeeding easier (with my first I didnt even need to stand up to get my baby out of the bassinet right next to us, and fed them laying down.) And because it's very dangerous to put a baby in a separate room until 12-18 months because of sudden infant death syndrome.

So for this reason all we have that we can decorate is one wall in my bedroom above the bassinet.

We don't know the sex yet but our theme for afab is stars and moons, light blue. And the theme for amab is yellow, sunflowers, butterflies, etc.

What could I safely hang above the bassinet to go with these themes that would be really cheap and safe?
