Help pleaaaseee ... possible start expressing @ 14 weeks

She’s 14 weeks but husband and daughter are dying to feed her and I can certainly do with some help :-(

The reason I haven’t done it it’s because I can’t get my head around it all I’m so worried of doing it wrong and bacteria ect

- The whole sterilising a bottle then making sure it’s sterile for x amount of time?

- When to express

- offering a bottle and doing it right

- how do you express when you have no free time with clingy baby

- my son got bacterial meningitis when in hospital nicu he was tube fed but breast milk so I worry so much about it all
