Weight loss HELP!
I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a few months now and have lost about 35lbs however I’ve been stuck in a plateau for the past 2 weeks. I honestly didn’t believe in plateau’s because of calories in vs calories out.
I am still in a calorie deficit every day, I don’t cheat and have still been working out like usual. What can I do to break the plateau and why is it happening?
